Monitoring of your D-Day itinerary for the smooth running of the stay
Welcoming your various service providers and verifying the conformity of the services (furniture, caterer, florist/decorator, photographer/videographer, makeup artist, DJ...)
Supervision of the setup of the various reception venues (Welcome Dinner, Secular/Religious Ceremony, Cocktail/Reception, Dinner/Reception, Pool Party, Brunch...)
Accompanying guests between different times and places (hostess)
Coordination of your various service providers
Wedding-Reception Coordination

The Facilitation Service includes:
A presence at the wedding venue throughout your stay (for example, from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm)
A Reception Service: Welcoming your guests from the parking lot and escorting them to their rooms according to the room allocation
A Cleaning Service: Restoration of outdoor restrooms between the evening and brunch
A Check-out Service: Assistance with your check-out from your accommodation, and preparation of the property in accordance with the terms of the booking.
